RETURN and exchange POLICY

To return one or more item from an order:

  • The products that are allowed to be exchange are products that require size change or with the same price (if the items received by the customers has defects or no more stocks).
  • The return must be requested within 1 day after the package is received by the customer and has send a notification through email or WhatsApp.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition and must be returned with its tags and packaging in their original condition
  • We cannot accept any claims of damaged or missing items without any proof or evidence. We will file the claim if the customer has a video, unboxing the package.
  • If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is still available).

To initiate return, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. LEKAT adheres to a strict no-paper policy as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.

LEKAT reserves the right to reject returns which did not comply to the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.

alterations & repairs

Fit is extremely important to us and an integral part of our brand identity. Thus, we are happy to provide alterations for all of our garments. You are able to make alterations to the item(s) that you purchased with an additional fee, starting from IDR 200.000. Alterations refers to adjustment made in fitting garment to your size

A large majority of the collection is made using handwoven fabrics and materials. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending and stains are part of the story.

If needed, we can do our best to repair the garment, should there be any egregious issues. Every item you purchase has a lifetime warranty. Repair time will be ready in 7-10 days depends on the issue.

SHIPPING INformation

LEKAT is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after JNE has delivered the package to the designated address.

Customers are responsible if JNE can’t deliver the goods on time to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient reject the goods.

If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.

If there are any shipping error coming from LEKAT, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.

We are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charges. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company, both for sending and returning the product to us.
